The staff at this place were very helpful and attentive, and the facilities were good; the hotel's location was excellent, right next to a mosque so we were able to experience being woken up by prayers.

Very central location, within easy walking distance of a soaring skyscraper. Very friendly staff throughout. Plenty of goodies for breakfast.

A bit rude staff!

I liked the room with new furniture, the bed was extremely comfy. A microwave, an electric kettle, and a refrigerator were nice. The location was good and perfect, at walking distance from Wonderfood Museum. And the area was fairly quiet, adjacent to many food stall/restaurant, a big supermarket on foot, and many good eateries, mall and attractions.

The hotel staff was quite loud.

I always stay at a hotel where the staff helped me with late check out. It suits me perfectly and has everything I need - free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, flat-screen TV, microwave, electric kettle. I'm coming back for a city trip.

I chose to visit Pinang Peranakan Mansion because of its rich historical charm and unique lifestyle of east meets west. The Ropewalk Piazza Hotel By Phc pleasantly surprised me with its variety of facilities and services. I particularly liked the fact that mouth-watering delicacies from local street food hunts and international cuisine were available right at my doorstep.

The location of the hotel is favourable, right by the centre of Georgetown as well as local eateries. There is plenty of yummy food for breakfast.

We had an excellent stay at Ropewalk Piazza Hotel By Phc. The spacious and comfortable apartment-style accommodation, coupled with daily room cleaning and a concierge service, made our stay even more enjoyable. The location near the Komtar transport hub was perfect for exploring Penang. The air conditioning was excellent and adjustable, ensuring our comfort throughout our stay. We were also impressed with the prompt resolution of a small maintenance issue in the bathroom. The concierge went above and beyond by organizing a Grab taxi for us to the ferry terminal. we had a most enjoyable stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

The room with complete facilities. The location closest to speakers at the nearby mosque was strategic and best possible.

The brand-new room was neat and equipped with a sink & microwave. The staff at the hotel were friendly and excellent. The location in Georgetown district was marvelous and comfortable, close to coffee shops, Terminal Komtar bus station, and Prangin Mall.

My stay at Ropewalk Piazza Hotel By Phc was absolutely wonderful! The room had a beautiful and homely NYC loft feel, and the location was fantastic. There were plenty of amenities nearby, including malls, food markets, and hawker markets, all within walking distance. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and despite being on the second level with no lift, the stairs were easily manageable even for my two small kids. We had no issues with noise and found it easy to park our car on the street. we loved our mini walk-up apartment and would definitely stay here again if we return to Penang.
